I Dont need clear answer about this homework
but i need some help about :
how can i read an option from keyboard ?
how can the user choose what unit that want ?
and if any example help my to solve this homework ?

You need to write a68k assembly program with following specifications:
1-Print the following menu to the user
1- Convert Length from Mile (mile) to Feet (ft).
2- Convert Length from Feet (ft) to Inches (in).
3- Convert Volume from Gallon (gal) to Liter (liter).
4- Convert Time from Hour (hr) to Second (sec).
5- Convert Mass from Bound (lbm) to Gram (g).
6- Exit from program.
2- Read an option from the keyboard, then display a message that asks the user to enter a value in
its related unit.
3- Write a subroutine for each option in the menu
4- Display the result on the screen with unit.

I don't understand your question. It looks like the unit is already determined from the menu.
