Starting with X=0 and C=0 the following snip of code should finish with
X=0 and C=0. This is because it is a 33 bit rotate in modulo 64 and roxl.l
implements a 33 bit rotator including X.

move.l #$ffff01e1,d1
move.l #$fffff43b,d3
roxl.l d1,d3

Results from real hardware:

Pre: X=0, N=0, Z=0, V=0, C=0
D1 = FFFF01E1
D3 = FFFFF43B

After ROXL.L D1,D3

X=0, N=1, Z=0, V=0, C=0
D1 = FFFF01E1
D3 = FFFFF43B
