Hi,

Would it be possible to enable EasyBin to read and merge multiple binary files.

I ask this because I have suffered a rather bad event, and I have lost all the source files to a project that I have been working on, I now only have the Hi and Lo ROMs I created. I am able to read the two ROMs via my ROM burner, but I haven't found a good way to merge the files back together. I would also like to dissassemble the code at some point so that I can at least get some of my code back to work on again. I have spent a large amount of my spare time writing this code and if only I had an off site backup of this code I'd be right.

Thanks
Kenneth

I have a version of EASyBIN that will merge binary files because someone else requested that in an email. Available for download. EASyBIN v2.0.0 supports merging binary files.

I have had a look at version 2 of EasyBin, but I'm unable to find out how to do the merge. Can you please explain the process.

Thanks
Kenneth

In EASyBIN v2.0.0 the Binary Input/Output Split setting is used for both loading and saving of binary files. To merge binary files set the desired Split, set the Binary File First Address and load the 1st binary file. Set First Address to the starting address of the second file and load the 2nd binary file. The data from the files is loaded into memory and merged according to the split settings.
